Reshmee has spent fours years working in the Global Business Sector, namely at International
Financial Services ('IFS') and has assisted various international companies towards establishing
their operations in Mauritius. Reshmee has expertise in structuring of investment funds and their
administration. Having worked in a highly regulated working environment with international
clients, Reshmee has a strong background in compliance and administration.
In 2014, Reshmee joined Parker Russell as the Partner in Charge of Secretarial Services. In 2020,
she was appointed as Managing Director of Parker Russell Group of Companies.
& Corporate Finance departments.
She oversees a varied portfolio of clients ranging from local to international companies. Her
main role is to make sure that local companies comply with statutory requirements and with
the Companies Act 2001. She is well versed in advising companies where she is actually
appointed as Company Secretary in terms of compliance with Corporate Governance. She
has a vast knowledge and experience in dealing with matters relating to Company Law,
inbound and outbound investment, due diligence procedures, Joint ventures, foreign
collaborations and Mergers & Acquisitions. She has also assisted International Companies
towards having Joint Ventures with local companies for local bids & tenders for various
projects.
Reshmee is a graduate from the University of Mauritius with a Bachelor's degree in Finance
with Law (BSc) and a Masters in International Finance (MSc) from Westminster University (United
Kingdom).
